What Is A Custom Website Activity Report?
It's a customized, multi-page report, almost 20 pages long that details the Internet users who have visited your site in the last week.

It's a system of 20 pie, bar, stacked bar, line, and area graphs and 25 tables of data that let you accurately see how Internet users access your website and view your information. You'll quickly see what grabs and keeps your customers' attention - and isn't that what you're really after?

Your report will describe general web server statistics such as:

Date & time your report was generated
Timeframe of the report
Number of hits to your homepage
Total number of hits to your website
Total number of visitors who came to your site
How many visitors are from your own country
How many visitors are from other countries
Location source of unknown visitors
Average number of hits per day
Average number of visitors per day

Your report will also detail:

Your report will be sent to you via email every week for less than 1/2 a cent per hit. The report is in standard HTML format, and the graphs are created as GIF files, ready to be viewed in any web browser.

What Do I Need To Do?
All you need to do is provide the URL (including filename) of the access log for your site. All web servers create an access log. If you don't know which file contains your log, we'll work with you and your service provider to obtain a copy of your access log.

Security Check Is My Data Confidential?
Yes, absolutely. All data received in the construction of your report will be kept strictly confidential. No one other than the technical engineer who creates your report will have access to your file.

A copy of your access log is used to create the HTML tables and graphs, and it is removed from our computers immediately after your report sent to you. We also destroy our copy of your report from our computers once you receive it via email. We will never release any of your data to anyone other than you.

Your investment is based on the number of hits your site generates each month.

For sites that receive more than 10,000 hits per week, the investment will be determined after a review of the site's activity.

Is There A Minimum Agreement?
New subscriptions require a minimum 3-month agreement. There is a $100 initial setup fee. Major credit cards are accepted.
