Pardon my ignorance: I "purchased" McAfee's Firewall special yesterday (3/6). Am I now protected from viruses? The McAfee Sheild that came on the computer expired. I couldn't figure out how to "Install and configure" yesterday's purchase, if that is something I am supposed to do. How do I talk to someone person to person about it?
