This site was wrongly accused of spamming
by a single person to spamcop.net.
It was impossible to declare opposition.
The corresponding mail functions of the
site spamcop.net do not work.
It concerns opinion-related contents,
hence the freedom of expression.
Everybody is glad that sites like spamcop.net
try to protect us. But simple automatic robot
programs are not up to the needs.
They will never track the actors behind mass
spamming. These are always the same since my
4 years Internet use. Only sophisticated
software can halt them.
So the risk is high, that anti-spam robots
mainly deal which detectable cases - simply
because most of them are detectable, because
they are not spam.
So I ask to stop basing any decision simply
on robot spam warning systems. The subject
is too complicated. Please stop any support
for robot sites which refuse to refine their
system and deal with the defense messages properly.
Please put anti-spam robot sites only on link
lists when they agree to protect from now the accused
as is required by law.
