The msgsrv32 not responding has been a result of my internet server being down. If I look at my cable modem, I can tell if it's down. When I close msgsrv32 (thru Ctl Alt Del), I can use my PC, but if the server is down, I can't get connected to the internet. It will freeze after that if you have an application that trys to connect.......ie., an email notifier.
