I have a similar problem where the Win 98 loads up OK but if I try and access the internet through NTL the computer freezes (cursor flashes rapidly). pressing con-alt-delete gets the message "Msgsrv32 Not responding". If I end this task the internet operates correctly.
Any suggestions?
