Did you use the 'stuff' between the cpu fan and the cpu chip?
1. Turn off the sblive dos emulation in the system/devices panel.
2. I tend to agree with the power supply problem.
3. USB irq needs to be on, same with the irq for vga.
4. Enable virus in your bios.
5. Try lowering the agp to 64mb or 32mb and see what happens.
Try each of these, one at a time and see what happens.
