Cannot display system properties? Hour glass comes and goes quick, but no display. Tried going to control panel, but same results. I do not know if this is related, but I went to help, to security,DCOM and tried to open it. It says before I can use DCOM, your system needs to be configured?? I did not have any problems until I went to windows update and updated windows. (windows 98)
