I think this charge for positioning encourages the rich-over-poor idea. For those individuals and companies which have the financial ability, they will control the internet. I am a small e-commerce business that does not have the financial position to pay for positioning...which is now a major idea being parlayed across the internet. There has to be a way to even the playing field for everyone involved.
