Hi. :) I'm new here, and I could use some help.
I'm familiar with most computer problems already, the system I'm running is home-built. Here's the problem.
I have an IBM GXP 20Gb Ata-100 (2MB cache) with a botched boot sector - it just won't go. Partition Magic 6 says it has nine errors, and has a capacity of 999.9 GB.
I need the name of a program that'll rebuild / completely wipe my MBR, boot sector, and whatever else.
(not fdisk, thanks - it won't let me enter the volume label (which shows, "* Remote *".)
please help :)
