I don't have a high speed connection but my XP 789 has been repeatedly crashing since the day I bought it, so far all I get from Tech support is to reformat the hard drive and reinstall Windows ME yet it seems that even when I do that, I still crash sometimes during the recovery phase I'm starting to wonder if there isn't some kind of serious hardware problem with the XP 789 computer.
