Lucky me I had one of the hard drives recalled by western digital! And what a headache that is. You MUST either give them Credit Card number or send in your hard drive before getting replacement!! I work for a major pc company and never have ask our customer to do that for a defective part!! And once again I get to back up my business so I can transfer it to another hard drive!! And of course at my time and expense!! It is sad that a major company is treating their customers so poorly!! This is my last Western Digital I will buy and I hope that whoever reads this can learn from my disaster!
