Over the past few months there has been alot of talk about the Pentium III processor in the news. Alot of people are saying that it is a breach of privacy, but I challenge those people to look at the website below. It gives a comprehensive discussion about the positive aspects of the PIII processor.

I personally do not believe that the new serial number idea that Intel has come out is that bad. It would add a lot of security for people shopping on line, and it would also add alot of security for software companies. This may be a bad thing for those people that do not respect software companies and pirate software every day, but is that really fair to those companies?
