Can I recover my HD from chernobyl?

Hi,

I was hit with the chernobyl virus on monday. I wanted to know
if there was a way of recovering the hd..i can deal with
the loss of my motherboard .. but the hd is too important
could someone help?
what if i bought a new computer and added it with the
bad hd..can i fix it from there using any type of pro
grams..
