I purchased my McAfee Anti-Virus program on Feb. 14, 1998. I went in to update this morning and it said my one year warranty had expired. It's obvious that my one year warranty should not be expired.

My second concern is that when I updated to Windows 98 I acquired a virus from MicroSoft update software. However, McAfee would not get rid of the virus. It confirmed it was there but I had to use another manufacture's software to remove the virus. This was a big disappointment although I suspect designers didn't take into consideration Windows 98 when they designed the software to create the McAfee Emergency Back-up Disk.
