I would rather watch ZDTV on streaming video over the Internet than on a cable television channel. It makes more sense. You'd have the advantage of an assumed computer-literate audience, whereas on TV you'd run the risk of completely baffling the channel surfer. The only way around this--giving preparatory info at the beginning of each broadcast segment--makes it tedious for the more educated viewers.
