Microsoft's "Concessions to OEMs"

No. This does nothing to change my opinion. This is nothing more than a cosmetic change in their practices. They still are not putting a boundary around the "OS" and giving real competitors equal access to it. As long as they continue to use OS ownership as a tool to destroy competition I feel like they are destroying opportunities for innovation in the entire industry.
