windows 98 / eplorer

win 98 it will slow down the market if its held back and if netscape was all so inclueded in with it it will give both a chance to use them a choice as i would like to try and use netscape as when i send emails to some others they dont seem to par up as i am useing explorer ver 4-0 and others use netscape and it puts them out the same old think in the uk as older days the video recorders/ players used vhs and beta and vhs won as standared as beta went out and others wer left out
