administration tool for Irix for years. You must remember
that Microsoft spawns very few original products.

As for a better product... There are several: Solaris,
HP-UX, Irix, Digital Unix, BSDI and Linux. Linux being
public domain and free. Of course, to run such systems
would require a little knowledge of computers - more
than knowing what button to press on your mouse ;)
