What makes you think that the companies will comply? You must then have 'Cyber Police' which is against the law in every other country except the US. People seem to forget that the Internet is a very large communications network INTERNATIONALLY. Which means the Anti-Spam Bill is only as good as the country its in, the US. Unless the UN decides to decree that there will be an anti-spam law(s), this will probally not be a deterant, and I fully expect to continue to recieve email without remove requests or proper headers.
