Please don't clog up the net. It may make *you* feel
better, but adds to the general crap congestion.

A flood starts with a single drop.

This legislation seems to stike a balance between
government intervention and no controls at all. If
the return address is not forged, and 'remove' requests
must be honored, e-mail will be no different than
snail mail. not bad, eh?
