Cult of the Dead Cow's latest release
Back Orifice 2000
The underground computer security group will release a new version of the notorious software program that lets crackers watch and listen in on Windows-based PC users. Back Orifice 2000 will run on WinNT and feature a modular programming architecture that enables developers to write additional modules, plug-ins. "This will demonstrate that Microsoft's operating systems are completely insecure and a bad choice for consumers and businesses who demand privacy," said Oxblood Ruffian, Cult of the Dead Cow spokesman. DefCon is a non-traditional gathering of computer security experts, hackers, crackers, media, law enforcement, and security groupies. What do you think? Leave your comments at the message center.
