MS Mail users must scramble for Y2K readiness
Microsoft Gives MS Mail Users Late Notice
I'm surprised that Microsoft has waited this long to help their customers prepare for potential Y2K problems. Just a few months ago, Microsoft was still shaking their finger at rival Lotus and it's already-announced Y2K problems. But it looks like the pot was calling the kettle black. Fixes are required for users of:
And the really bum news is that earlier version can't even be fixed to meet Y2K requirements. But what really bugs me is that Microsoft has waited so long to stress the need for these products to be fixed or outright upgraded to current versions.
