Microsoft contends that Internet Explorer 4.0 is part of the Windows 95 operating system, but they aren't having any trouble selling it as a stand alone package, called Internet Explorer Plus.

IE Plus includes:

Cyber Patrol which prevents access to off-color websites

Connected Online Backup which automates and encrypts backups to remote servers

Net.Medic which helps work the slow lanes of the Internet

WebScanX which scans incoming webpages and email for viruses

22 ActiveX software components
