JASC, Inc. has released Paint Shop Pro 4.14, an upgrade to the most successful graphic design program ever.

New features include floating color pallet, RGB color separation, Image Arithmetic, Painting with Paper Textures, Emboss Brush, Gradient Fill, Texture Fill, GIF or PNG transparency preview, OLE 2 support.

This update is available free to registered users via FTP download. PSP 4.x requires Win95 or WinNT and 8MB RAM. A Pentium CPU and 16MB RAM is recommended.
