Save Bandwidth by Dave Murphy ISSN 1535-3613
Many website developers use imgage width and height controls when coding their site's HTML. This allows most new web browsers to properly layout the webpage and display text faster because white space is allocated for the graphic images that may take longer to download. If the image display is delayed until the entire graphic is received, the text may display even faster.
