Check to see which have changed

Dave Murphy, DGL President & ITrain founder In Netscape Navigator's bookmarks folder, you can check to see if a website's content has changed.

If you want to check all bookmarked sites:

  1. Open the bookmarks window by pressing Ctrl+B (Command+B on a Mac).
  2. Click File
  3. Click What's New?
  4. Click All Bookmarks
  5. Click Start Checking

If you want to check selected sites:

  1. Open the bookmarks window by pressing Ctrl+B (Command+B on a Mac).
  2. Select the bookmark you want to check. (If you're checking more than one site, press the Shift key while highlighting other bookmarks.)
  3. Click File
  4. Click What's New?
  5. Click Start Checking

After Navigator scans the Web sites for updated information, it will place an icon next to the bookmarks that have changed.
