If you have already installed version 4.10, the patch will upgrade the application to 4.12 beta

The patch is available in a .ZIP file on the JASC FTP site in the /pub directory: ftp://ftp.jasc.com/pub/.

The filename as of the time we're sending this message is Psp412b.zip; however, the filename may change to psp412b.zip...check carefully when attempting to download the file.

JASC's FTP server allows only 175 concurrent users, and it's a busy server. Keep trying. The best time to get through may be in around midmorning GMT.
