These newsletters were originally published via facsimile, hence the name.Electronic issues are now available via the web in Adobe Acrobat Portable Document Format (PDF).

PDF documents allow color graphics and text, correct type control, and hyperlinks to Internet resources via standard protocols such as http and ftp.
PDF is the same format used by DGL to publish the Electrobook(tm) versions of the Training Express brand of computer software learning guides. Samples of these guides are also available online. To view PDF documents, use one of Adobe's Acrobat Readers.
Adobe's Acrobat Reader 2.1 for Windows is available from DGL's website. Other versions of the reader software are available from Adobe's website, http://www.adobe.com .
The current beta version of Acrobat Reader for Windows 95, codenamed "Amber," allows viewing of PDF documents within the Netscape Navigator browser window.
